In 2004, Andy Schmidt, otherwise known as Rainingcolors, produced a digital image using his first Canon DSLR, Photoshop, Corel Painter, and a Wacom Tablet.  The process of creating the imagery and refining and tweaking the various parameters of pixels began to be as exciting as any aesthetic pleasure Andy had experienced.  The natural adrenaline from creating art led Andy on an adventure to create Raining Colors Photography, starting off with private showings and word of mouth sales. 

Soon, Andy began believing more and more in the concept of "Raining Colors."  The term became a staple for his imagery and soon Raining Colors fell into his concept of music.  Having played guitar all his life, Andy had already begun delving into the multi-track recording arena.  Raining Colors Studio was soon created and a web site was launched at Rainingcolors-Studio.com.  Andy began to see the vision as new equipment came in to the studio to replace more amateur gear used in the early days of Raining Colors Recording Studio. 

Rapidly, a team of audio and video technicians came together, and Rainingcolors soon became Andy's handle or pet name.  Currently, Rainingcolors has a team of 5 audio and video technicians along with a personal assistant who helps Rainingcolors manage the business and negotiation aspects of Raining Colors services.  Rainingcolors personal assistant goes by the pet name of Sunshine, and she brings the rays of light through Rainingcolors.
